Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement. The salary range for this position is $84.78 - $109.85 (Hourly Rate). Required Qualifications
This position requires flexibilityto orient and work at all UCSF Medical Center locations.Minimum 6 months of RN experience. Recent in-patient acute medical-surgical experience preferred.PDRN minimum 1-year of RN clinical experience.

Required Qualifications

  • Flexibility to orient and work across all UCSF Medical Center locations
  • Minimum of six (6) months of RN experience
  • Recent inpatient acute medical-surgical experience preferred
  • Per Diem RN (PDRN): Minimum of one (1) year of RN clinical experience required

Licensure and Certifications

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California
  • Current healthcare provider CPR certification
  • Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification (required for Adult Critical Care RNs)
  • Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification (required for applicable units)
  • Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification (required for applicable units)
  • APHON or ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider certification (required for applicable units)

Preferred Qualifications

  • Recent inpatient acute medical-surgical experience
