Who we are and what we do:

The Tennessee Department of Correction operates and oversees 14 adult prisons across the state, housing some 21,000 offenders. In the community, TDOC supervises 79,000 offenders on probation, parole, or community corrections. The department operates 44 probation/parole offices in 13 districts across the state.

Job Overview:

The Program Support Coordinator provides operational and administrative support to CSIC leadership and staff, ensuring smooth workflow and compliance with program requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates and oversees program compliance for scheduling, onboarding, and training logistics for CSIC personnel in compliance with FAA 107 sUAS licensure requirements.
  • Maintains records, reports, and documentation for CSIC programs.
  • Assists with procurement, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Coordinates communication between CSIC and other TDOC departments.
  • Support special projects and program evaluations as directed by CSIC Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Experience equivalent to four (4) years of increasingly responsible full-time professional administrative experience.
  • Preferred professional administrative experience in law enforcement related role or field, logistics, strategic planning, or operational mission support.
