Compensation

The anticipated base pay compensation range for this position is $73,400 - $122,300. This role is eligible for an incentive target of up to 10%, based on the achievement of individual and company performance objectives in accordance with the current terms of the incentive program which are subject to change.

Position Details:
The HR Operations Consultant supports the effectiveness of HR Service Delivery by improving the systems, knowledge, and processes that enable it. This role focuses on optimizing the HR ServiceNow platform, enhancing self-service experiences, and driving adoption of consistent practices across HR. Through close partnership with HR stakeholders and IT, this position translates business needs into system solutions and delivers continuous improvements that enhance the team member experience

You Will:
* Partner with HR stakeholders and IT to translate business needs into system requirements and ensure alignment with broader HR technology strategy.
* Support system release change management and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure stakeholder readiness and successful implementation.
* Leverage case trends, feedback, and user behavior insights to identify and execute high-impact process and system improvements.
* Lead optimization of HR knowledge and service catalog content to enhance findability, self-service adoption, and overall user experience.
* Own HR ServiceNow platform administration, supporting user troubleshooting, issue triage, and guidance on effective system usage.
* Drive adoption of consistent case and knowledge management practices by leveraging KPIs to reinforce and influence desired behaviors across HR.

You Have:
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
* 5+ years of experience in Human Resources, HR Operations, HR systems, or a related field.
* Experience working with HR systems or platforms (e.g., ServiceNow, Workday, SuccessFactors), including supporting enhancements, troubleshooting, or user support.
* Demonstrated ability to analyze data, trends, and user feedback to identify opportunities for process or system improvements.
* Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and partnering with stakeholders (e.g., HR, IT, or business teams) to deliver solutions.
* Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into actionable solutions.
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and execute work independently in a fast-paced environment.
* Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
