Here's what we're looking for.

• 1-2 years of experience in inventory control, auditing, or quality assurance preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks, follow varied instructions, and work independently or in a team.
• Proficient in Excel (intermediate level preferred).
• Resourceful, detail-oriented, and committed to driving positive outcomes and process improvements.
• Able to stand, walk, bend, reach, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Day-to-Day:

• Audit, correct, and reassemble outbound pallets to ensure 100% accuracy.
• Record errors, perform root cause analysis, and partner with leadership and warehouse staff on solutions.
• Conduct physical inventory counts and reconcile with system reports.
• Move pallets, operate forklifts (order picker, sit-down, stand-up, pallet jack), and assist with audits.
• Complete clerical tasks such as data entry, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Maintain a clean, orderly workspace and assist with training or guiding others as needed.
