Experienced professional with leadership experience that will be responsible for overseeing the 4-person Regional Commercial Support team. Requires excellent Customer Service Skills with sound operational foundation in Banking. Position Title: Manager of Regional Commercial Support Business Unit: Commercial Banking Reports to: Varies Based on Assignment Position Overview: This position is primarily responsible for managing the commercial relationship representatives in the region.The Regional Commercial Support (RCS) team provides support to portfolio managers, relationship managers and leadership such as clerical/administrative duties, loan and deposit administration, the onboarding of new personnel, CRM maintenance, reporting, professional customer service and problem resolution.The incumbent provides executive support to the Regional Manager/President relative to regional events, meetings and other duties as assigned. Primary Responsibilities: Perform duties of a Commercial Relationship Representative for assigned bankers and as back-up for direct reports including clerical/administrative duties, loan administration, deposit administration, exception/past due administration, CRM maintenance, reporting, customer service, problem resolution, etc. Manages the Regional Commercial Support team including recruiting, hiring, coaching, counseling and performance management of the RCS team in consultation with key business partners as needed. Provides direction and coaching to the RCS team to ensure quality, efficiency and alignment with the Bank's service objectives. Trains the Regional Commercial Support team on the Bank's business process, systems, policies and procedures to ensure consistency. Ensures the team adheres to established policies and procedures.Counsels RCS team on complex transactions and client issues to ensure timely and efficient operations. Collaborates with regional leadership and portfolio managers to develop and execute regional business processes to ensure consistency and efficiency in support of the commercial portfolio. Creates, leads and executes support strategies in accordance with bankers to support Bank's growth initiatives. Acts as a liaison to the region for Wholesale Banking Solutions (WBS) and other departments as needed. Recommends line of business process changes to WBS. Performs other related duties and projects as assigned.
