About the team You will be supporting the Digital LFI (Large Financial Institutions) QA Engineering group here. We focus on delivering quality E-2-E Online Banking solutions for customers of large banks. What separates us from other groups in Digital is that LFI builds customizations for each Bank to allow them to curate their own user experiences and integrations. At a high level, we have a few teams that are going to be focused on maintenance work across our client codebases, and teams that are dedicated to working on the customizations outlined above. What you will be doing As a Test Automation Engineer, you will be applying testing QA techniques to help ensure our software products and services are fit for the client. As an Onshore QA resource, you will also be responsible for managing all internal FIS and Client defects that are raised in FIS JIRA and the client Defect Management System. As an Onshore QA resource, you will be Client facing and may be required to lead Internal and Client Defect Triage calls.
