Position Summary This position provides change management support and expertise for enterprise-wide change efforts across PG&E. The scope of this position includes developing complex change management strategies, plans, and tactics for large and complex (transformational) initiatives that will have an enterprise-wide impact. Additionally, this role helps build PG&E's internal change capability, not just support initiatives. The ideal candidate will need to be able to navigate the organization and understand complex inter-relationships of various groups, operations, systems and/or processes to be able to identify risks, impacts and strategies that will help drive change management strategy and plans. This role is accountable for shaping the enterprise level change strategy across multiple concurrent initiatives, influencing executive sponsors, and setting standards for how change is practiced across PG&E. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to provide guidance and coaching to other change management consultants and business leads and be able to effectively communicate to and influence Officers and Directors with sponsor readiness and change risk identification. The ability to challenge leaders respectfully and engage as a strategic thought partner with them is a core expectation of the role. This position is hybrid, working from your remote office and Oakland, CA, 1 - 3 days on average per week, or more, based on business needs or company requirements. Job Responsibilities

The actual amount paid to an individual will be based on multiple factors, including, but not limited to, internal equity, specific skills, education, licenses or certifications, experience, market value, and geographic location. The range to reasonably expect will be between the minimum and midpoint listed below. Thefinal decision will be made on a case-by-case basis related to the factors above.This job is also eligible to participate in PG&E's discretionary incentive compensation programs.
