Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Manage full lifecycle of hardware assets, including inventory tracking, documentation, EOL processes, surplus identification, and decommissioning. Handle Active Directory account provisioning, deprovisioning, and ongoing updates. Support Workplace Engineering by validating new OS images and assisting with workplace provisioning activities (staging, kitting, deployment, returns). Coordinate secure hardware logistics, including transportation, chainofcustody disposal, and transfers between locations (including Valley Van usage). Provide mobility support for mobile device activation, deactivation, troubleshooting, and inventory management. Complete asset reporting, monthly performance metrics, reconciliations, and audit-related tasks while supporting Workplace Solutions projects as needed.
