The Strategic Division (SD) supports high-reliability organizations including Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Air Force Nuclear Weapons Center, and the Department of Energy (DOE), among others. Our support across our client base is expanding rapidly and encompasses important services, such as data analytics and visualization, threat analysis, risk management, modeling and simulation, cost estimating, earned value management, program management, system engineering, independent evaluation, and High Consequence Event prevention. The Strategic Systems Analysis Group (SSAG) supports government and private sector strategic planning, decision making, and program management. SSAG integrates deep client knowledge, advanced analytics, and subject matter expertise to provide timely and objective technical, operational, programmatic, acquisition, and policy analysis. SPA has an immediate need for a full-time Deterrence Technology Program Manager (PM) who can coordinate efforts on multiple high-visibility programs and projects and oversee the efforts of a team of 30 junior, mid, and senior level analysts. Responsibilities The PM is responsible for management and oversight of multiple programs/projects on 4 Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs) in support of SSP, managing an $8M budget and resources for 30 personnel, and identifying and mitigating risks. The PM will provide relevant, objective, timely, and clear analytical support to SSAG customers through use of the Sea Based Strategic Deterrent (SBSD) Integration War Room and SSAG's analytic tool suite including, but not limited to PROMETHEUS, COMSTAT, and NISE, and help clients make better decisions involving sea-based strategic deterrence solutions.
