New Jersey's academic health center, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences (

Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Student Assistant for the department of Biochemistry & Molecular Biology at the Robert Wood Johnson Medical School.
Under the direction of the Principal Investigator, duties will include: Carry out protein, molecular biology and biochemical/biophysical procedures relative to
DNA transcription and analyzing of experimental data.
Among the key duties of this position are the following:
- As directed, performs various research/technical operations relative to the ongoing investigatory activities of the lab.
- Keeps detailed records of procedures and experiments.
- Analyzing data and presenting summary to supervisor.
- Performs other duties as assigned.

- Currently enrolled in undergraduate/graduate studies at Rutgers University.

- No specific skills are required, but prior lab experience in Biochemistry, Cell Biology and/or Molecular biology is preferred.
