Overview

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Midland, TX, with opportunities to work remotely. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and building customer relationships, generating leads, and driving sales for Quarles Petroleum's fleet fueling solutions. You will meet and exceed sales targets, identify new business opportunities, and provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will help to deliver tailored solutions to meet customer needs while representing the company professionally.

Salary: $65k



Responsibilities

    Serve existing customer base and establish new accounts by independently planning and organizing sales calls and meetings. Contribute to the team effort by defining personal sales goals and achieving those goals by growing market share within the territory.
  • Build customer relationships by maintaining continual communication with customer base. Add value by providing industry and product knowledge.
  • Guide problem resolution discussions. Investigate complaints and problems in the field, develop solutions, communicate findings internally, and provide recommendations to management. Serve as liaison between dispatch and customers.
  • Understand the business model, financial statements, and personal financial position of each customer to minimize credit risk and provide guidance on business decisions.
  • Prepare and submit activity and results reports. Present to management daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly annual territory analysis.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing publications, and establishing personal networks.
  • Travel within sales territory with ability for occasional overnight stays.
  • Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.


Qualifications

  • Sales and communication skills, including experience with lead generation, negotiations, and building client relationships

  • Familiarity with Fleet Fueling solutions, including fleet management systems or similar services, is preferred

  • Proficiency in prospecting tools, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and basic data analysis

  • Time management, organizational, and problem-solving skills to handle multiple client accounts efficiently

  • Adaptability to a hybrid work environment, with strong self-management for remote work and collaboration skills for in-office tasks

  • Previous experience in the petroleum or energy sector is a plus.

  • Must have the ability to travel throughout the United Sates.
