Manufacturing Production Associate (Wire Drawing / Assembly Operator) Location: Acton, MA Shift and Pay Details: 2nd Shift: $23.10/hour \| 3rd Shift: $24.29/hour Precision work. Real impact. What You'll Do Set up, operate, and maintain automated manufacturing equipment Perform wire drawing, small part assembly, and production operations Monitor machine performance, clear faults, and maintain material flow Use HMIs to adjust processes and ensure consistent product quality Inspect parts using measuring tools to verify tolerances and specifications Follow GMP standards and all safety and quality procedures Complete basic preventative maintenance, cleaning, and inspections Support inventory tracking, documentation, and shipment preparation Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot issues and improve processes What You Bring High school diploma or associate degree Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and ability to work with small components Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with machines and tools Ability to read work instructions and follow standard operating procedures Comfortable using computers for inventory and quality tracking Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills Experience in medical device or clean manufacturing environments is a plus Why Advantage Technical?
