We are seeking a dedicated individual to join a vibrant team focused on managing critical agreements with third-party partners. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of contract-related operations, directly contributing to the strategic partnerships that power innovative digital products. Your expertise will not only optimize workflows but also empower internal teams to focus on groundbreaking development, making a tangible impact on the delivery of exciting new ventures.

You will be a central figure in managing the contract lifecycle, from initial drafting to final execution and ongoing administration. Your day-to-day will involve:

* Driving contract processes to completion, acting as a key support resource for internal stakeholders.

* Developing and maintaining comprehensive process documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility of critical information.

* Initiating template drafts for statements of work (SOWs), setting the foundation for efficient agreement creation.

* Handling standard contract amendments with no financial implications, providing essential internal support.

* Performing complex administrative tasks with a focus on contracts administration within a structured business framework.

* Extracting, formatting, and accurately entering contract data into specialized business tools and databases.

* Organizing and monitoring documentation workflows across multiple departments to ensure compliance and efficiency.

* Coordinating contract review processes through various communication channels, including meetings, calls, and email.

* Serving as a primary point of contact to educate the user community on contract management and compliance procedures.

* Taking on special projects as assigned to support the team's evolving needs.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in contracts administration and management.

* Demonstrated ability to manage complex administrative projects.

* Strong organizational skills with an emphasis on documentation and workflow management.

* Proficiency in data entry and experience working with contract databases or similar business tools.

* Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of educating and guiding internal users.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Prior experience in contract management roles within a large technology organization.

* Background in business development teams.

* Experience in the digital entertainment or gaming industry, particularly in a support or coordination capacity.

* A strong work ethic and proactive approach to problem-solving.
