We are seeking a dynamic professional to join a pioneering team, where your expertise will directly shape the future of strategic and operational initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in bridging strategy with execution, influencing key decisions, and ensuring alignment across critical business functions. Your contributions will not only optimize performance but also accelerate the adoption of transformative technologies, making a tangible difference in how public services are delivered and managed.

**Responsibilities**

* Contribute to core problem structuring, owning research, data gathering, business insight, and analytic depth for complex strategic and operational initiatives within specific business areas.

* Regularly interact with leadership and stakeholders to persuasively communicate recommendations, influence decisions, build consensus, and mobilize towards implementation.

* Serve as a subject-matter specialist for an organizational function's goals, direction, and priorities, with comprehensive knowledge of how the business area fits broadly into the company, its objectives, performance indicators, business plans, and operating plans.

* Manage key initiatives from inception to completion, including team-wide projects to drive alignment and increase velocity.

* Collaborate closely with functional leaders and technical leads to operationalize strategic recommendations.

* Synthesize, understand, and make recommendations regarding future of work trends, including designing business and technology strategy in tandem, translating market insights into action, shortening strategic planning cycles, transforming digital and agile development, and tapping into ecosystem partners.

* Proactively identify defined problems and issues across business areas and create programs and processes to solve them.

* Structure defined and sometimes vague business issues for leadership, developing solutions to business and technical problems by documenting key requirements and supporting business case justification.

* Support executives in defining overall communications strategy across functions and regions, driving internal event planning and aligning internal communications.

* Establish and drive processes for effectively defining the function (e.g., objectives, quarterly reviews, annual planning, team meetings, budget, expenses).

* Manage workflows within targeting and measurement processes, driving collaboration and engagement across stakeholders for timely and accurate delivery.

* Make recommendations for the development of organizational strategies, collaborating with business area stakeholders.

* Drive strategic analysis, defining ways to optimize business performance and ensure best-in-class execution within relevant business areas.

* Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly and problem-solve effectively, driving the development of compelling business recommendations.

**Qualifications**

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 7+ years of experience in a strategic or operational role.

* Stronger strategy than operations background preferred.

* Proven experience in stakeholder management and leadership alignment.

* Strong facilitation skills.

* Demonstrated ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights.

* Proficiency with modern collaboration and productivity tools.

* Experience in financial planning to align with budget and strategy.

* Strong project management skills.

* Expertise in effective questioning and business insights.

* Experience with change management.

* Solid business area knowledge and systems analysis capabilities.

* Negotiation skills.

**Nice-to-Have Qualifications:**

* Consulting or strategy background.

* Interest and experience in artificial intelligence (AI).

* Experience building compelling slide decks.

* Knowledge or understanding of the cloud technology market.

* Understanding of the public sector.
