Job Summary
The Director of Capital Expenditures Sourcing is responsible for developing and executing sourcing strategies for all capital projects across the organization. This role ensures cost-effective procurement of equipment, machinery, construction/engineering services, and related assets while maintaining quality, compliance, and timely delivery. The Director will partner with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and Project Management teams to optimize supplier relationships and deliver value on multi-million-dollar capital investments. Key Responsibilities
Contract Adherence: Ensure strict compliance with all contractual terms and conditions for capital expenditure projects. Establish governance processes to monitor supplier performance against agreed deliverables, timelines, and quality standards. Maintains accurate documentation and enforce accountability for contract obligations, including Required Education & Experience
Preferred Education & Experience
Minimum Education Level: Masteras degree Specialized Degree: Supply Chain/Business Administration. Licenses/Certificates: Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or equivalent Years of Experience: 12-14 Years Spans of Control
