Job Description: At Direct Connection, we are driven by innovation, precision engineering, and a relentless pursuit of performance. As an OEM division plays a key role in advancing technology, pushing boundaries, and fueling passion across a range of performance and racing disciplines. We are seeking a highly motivated Engineer to support the design, development, integration, and optimization of performance technologies across our motorsport's programs. This role bridges engineering development, validation, and releasing support to deliver competitive performance on and off the track parts. As the Direct Connection Engineering Specialist, you will play a crucial role in applying advanced engineering principles to create and optimize high-performance engines. This involves a deep understanding of powertrains, specifically high-performance gasoline engines to ensure peak performance, reliability, and competitiveness. Responsibilities include analyzing performance data and collaborating with broader engineering teams to develop and implement technical solutions, utilizing simulation tools and testing to validate performance. As well as ongoing product support: Product updates after launch (hardware and software), CAD, BOM and Change Notice (WebCN) management, engineering systems updates (MPMS, JTETSO, TeamCenter, CoDeP...etc.).
