Join Allied Universal as an Access Control Officer at a busy logistics and distribution location, where you will help monitor entry points, verify credentials, and support smooth site access for employees, visitors, and deliveries. Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and drivers by following site-specific access control procedures, verifying credentials, and documenting entry and exit activity at the location.
• Monitor gates, entrances, badges, and visitor logs to help support authorized access to the facility, warehouse, and/or yard areas in accordance with post orders and client protocols.
• Respond to incidents, access irregularities, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency responders as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business, perimeter, dock areas, parking locations, and/or trailer yards, observing for unusual activity and reporting security-related concerns.
• Assist with truck, delivery, and visitor processing by directing traffic flow, confirming appointments when required, and maintaining accurate records related to arrivals, departures, and restricted access areas.

Minimum Requirements:

• Possess 1+ years of security-related experience.
• Be comfortable using a computer or tablet, preferred.
• Possess customer service experience, preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
