IES Commercial, Inc. - DBA IES Electrical, seeking Human Resources Clerk, Suffolk, Virginia.

Job Summary

• Provides administrative and clerical support in all areas of HR and Recruiting
• Creates and posts open jobs, schedules interviews, and records results utilizing on-line ATS
• Maintains all areas of personnel and recruiting filing systems
• Completes data entry set-up of personnel actions for management approval
• Assists in onboarding and processing of new hires
• Responds in timely manner to all internal/external inquiries
• Assists in special projects including local external recruiting events as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year HR or office administration experience
• Proficient computer and organization skills and MS Office (Excel, Word) knowledge
• Hands-on, self-starter with ability to efficiently manage multiple priorities
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Successfully pass pre-employment (post offer) background check and MVR check when responsibilities require operating motor vehicles.
