CHA Consulting, Inc. is seeking a Lead Structural Engineer to join our Gas Team in Hartford, CT, supporting critical natural gas infrastructure projects that strengthen grid resiliency and advance energy system reliability. In this role, you will lead sophisticated engineering efforts, collaborate across disciplines, and provide technical guidance that helps deliver safe, compliant, and forward-thinking gas solutions for our clients and communities. What You'll Do:
Provide advanced judgement and analysis techniques to complete complex engineering designs, technical reports, specifications, and contract documents for gas infrastructure projects

Salary Range: $90,000 - $110,000 Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
