Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with members of the Marketing team and Product Management to support planning and execution of marketing initiatives and events.
  • Assist with coordination and logistics for various internal and external marketing events, including local CNXNhosted events.
  • Support daytoday marketing activities, including:
  • Creating and updating PowerPoint presentations Submitting and tracking workflow (WF) requests.
  • Assisting with internal documentation and coordination.
  • Attend local marketing and companyhosted events and provide onsite support as needed.
  • Help organize marketing materials, timelines, and project updates.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas and insights when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Presently enrolled in a degree program at a college majoring in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and other related technology.
  • Excellent written, communicational, organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, interrupt-driven, team-oriented environment.
  • Problem solving with the ability to resolve issues quickly and to follow up appropriately.
  • A keen interest in events and bringing new ideas.
  • Receptive to training while working within a fast-paced work environment.
