Job Title: Call Center Agent / CSR (Bilingual in Spanish) Duration: 6 + months Location: 500 E Main St, Norfolk VA -23510 Pay Rate: $15/hr. on W2 without benefits Work Schedule: Monday - Friday Regular Hours Job Description: Bilingual a plus! +3 years of call center experience preferred (customer service, not collections). Analytical and critical thinking skills a must. Our accounts and work order processing requires multiple systems and often for the agent to do investigation work.
