We are currently looking for a people-focused Operations Supervisor to lead our 2nd shift E-Store departmentin a large, fast-paced distribution environment. What You Will Be Doing As an Operations Supervisor, you will lead daily operations while developing people and processes: Lead shipping and receiving operations to ensure accuracy, inventory integrity, and ontime fulfillment Coach and develop hourly associates through regular feedback, training, and performance conversations Drive continuous improvement initiatives across shipping, receiving, quality, and rework Coordinate inbound and outbound carrier schedules to meet customer delivery expectations Monitor KPIs and communicate performance results to leadership Promote a strong safety culture and enforce security and facility standards Utilize WMS to optimize labor, workflows, and operational outcomes Support and participate in ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 compliance and audits Hire, train, and onboard new team members Maintain accurate payroll and labor reporting Collaborate crossfunctionally with peers, managers, and vendors Contribute to tactical and annual operating plans, budgets, and department goals What You Will Bring Your background and experience should include: 2+ years of supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., WMS, ERP) preferred Familiarity with shipping/receiving processes and carrier coordination Strong people-leadership skills with focus on coaching, accountability and relationship-building. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement The starting annual base pay for this role is between USD $70,000 and $80,000 per year. Please note that this position's salary range may include multiple levels. The actual base is dependent upon many factors, such as: training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs and market demands.
