Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and strategic US Marketing Manager to join the Incyte HS Dermatology Marketing team. The Manager, US HS Marketing will support the execution and operational excellence of key marketing initiatives across the HS portfolio, with a primary focus on HCP education, engagement and launch readiness. This role will contribute to both branded and unbranded marketing efforts, ensuring seamless execution across speaker programs, non-personal promotion, and digital initiatives.
In addition, this individual will play a critical role in marketing operations and launch support, including coordination of sampling programs and enabling efficient execution of marketing processes. The position is designed to be flexible and responsive to evolving business needs, supporting multiple workstreams and enhancing overall team effectiveness.

Essential Functions of the Job

* HCP Marketing & Education Support
* Support development and execution of HCP-focused marketing initiatives, including branded and unbranded education programs
* Assist in coordination and execution of speaker programs, including logistics, material updates, and alignment with strategy
* Contribute to development and refinement of promotional and educational materials, ensuring alignment with brand strategy and compliance standards

Marketing Operations & Launch Support
* Support planning and execution of sampling programs, including coordination with cross-functional partners (e.g., Sales Operations, Compliance, Supply Chain)
* Assist in development and management of marketing operational processes, tools, and workflows to enable efficient execution
* Track key deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to support launch readiness and ongoing commercialization efforts
* Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance operational efficiency across the marketing organization
Cross-Functional Program Execution
* Partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales, Sales Operations, Legal, and Regulatory to support execution of key initiatives
* Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support engagement strategies and program execution
* Coordinate with agency partners to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables

Omnichannel & Non-Personal Promotion Support
* Contribute to execution of non-personal promotion (NPP) and omnichannel campaigns across HCP and/or consumer audiences
* Support coordination of digital, media, and content initiatives across the marketing team
* Assist in tracking performance metrics and incorporating insights into future optimization

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree required
* 2-4 years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, or related marketing/operations role
* Experience supporting marketing operations, project management, or launch activities preferred
* Strong project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
* Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
* Experience working cross-functionally and with external vendors/agencies
* Strong communication and collaboration skills
* Experience in specialty pharma or dermatology a plus
