You Are:

The Delivery Manager is responsible for end to end service delivery for assigned healthcare accounts, ensuring contractual compliance, operational excellence, financial governance, and high client satisfaction. This role acts as the primary interface between the client, delivery teams, and internal stakeholders, with strong ownership of outcomes across quality, cost, schedule, and risk.

The opportunity:

* Delivery & Account Management

* Own end to end delivery for healthcare programs/accounts, ensuring adherence to SOWs, SLAs, KPIs, and compliance requirements.

* Drive predictable delivery across onshore-offshore models, ensuring timelines, scope, and quality commitments are met.

* Act as the single point of accountability for delivery health, escalations, and client communication.

* Client & Stakeholder Management

* Build and sustain strong relationships with client stakeholders, including business, IT, and vendor management teams.

* Lead governance forums such as weekly ops reviews, monthly service reviews, QBRs, and executive steering meetings.

* Proactively manage risks, issues, and dependencies; drive timely resolution and clear escalation paths.

* Financial & Commercial Governance

* Own delivery financials including revenue forecasting, cost management, margin protection, billing accuracy, and change requests.

* Ensure accurate resource allocations, rate compliance, and alignment with contract terms.

* Support audits, renewals, extensions, and new scope onboarding.

* Resource & People Management

* Lead and mentor delivery leads, project managers, and cross functional teams.

* Drive effective resource planning, ramp up/ramp down, and attrition risk mitigation.

* Ensure adherence to organizational policies, performance management, and capability building.

* Compliance & Healthcare Domain Alignment

* Ensure compliance with HIPAA, PHI handling, security, and healthcare regulatory requirements.

* Maintain strong understanding of healthcare payer/provider processes such as claims, eligibility, benefits, prior authorization, care management, and provider data.

* Partner with quality, security, and compliance teams to meet audit and governance expectations.

* Continuous Improvement

* Identify and implement process improvements, automation opportunities, and delivery best practices.

* Drive standardization across reporting, governance, onboarding, and transition activities.

* Leverage metrics and dashboards to improve delivery maturity and client outcomes.



This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required.

What you need:

* 10+ years of IT / service delivery experience, with 5+ years in healthcare accounts.

* Proven experience managing large healthcare programs in payer or provider environments.

* Strong knowledge of SOW based delivery, SLAs, financial governance, and compliance.

* Experience with onshore-offshore delivery models.

* Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and escalation handling skills.

* Preferred Qualifications:

* PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum, or ITIL certification.

* Strong exposure to operational governance, audits, and regulatory reviews.

* Background in managing multi vendor or multi tower delivery.

Compensation can differ depending on factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, education, and level of experience. UST provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in various U.S. markets as set forth below.

Role Location: Virginia

Compensation Range : $130,000-$195,000



Benefits

Full-time, regular employees accrue a minimum of 10 days of paid vacation per year, receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year), 10 paid holidays, and are eligible for paid bereavement leave and jury duty. They are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as the following Company-paid Employee Only benefits: basic life insurance, accidental death and disability insurance, and short- and long-term disability benefits. Regular employees may purchase additional voluntary short-term disability benefits, and participate in a Health Savings Account (HSA) as well as a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) for healthcare, dependent child care, and/or commuting expenses as allowable under IRS guidelines. Benefits offerings vary in Puerto Rico.

Part-time employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) Retirement Plan with employer matching.

Full-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year) and are eligible to participate in the Company's 401(k) program with employer matching. They and their dependents residing in the US are eligible for medical, dental, and vision insurance.

Part-time temporary employees receive 6 days of paid sick leave each year (pro-rated for new hires throughout the year).

All US employees who work in a state or locality with more generous paid sick leave benefits than specified here will receive the benefit of those sick leave laws.
