We are seeking a dependable and customerfocused Call Center Representative to handle inbound and/or outbound customer communications. This role serves as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience through clear communication and effective problemsolving. Schedule: * Operational hours are 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday through Sunday * Must have flexible availability within these hours * Must be able to work at least one weekend day Responsibilities * Handle a high volume of inbound calls and/or make outbound customer calls * Provide accurate information regarding products, services, billing, and account inquiries * Resolve customer concerns by following established procedures and guidelines * Document customer interactions, transactions, and outcomes in CRM or internal systems * Escalate complex issues to supervisors or appropriate teams when needed * Process orders, payments, returns, and account updates * Adhere to scripts, compliance requirements, and performance expectations * Meet or exceed call handling, customer satisfaction, and resolution metrics * Maintain professionalism and a customerfirst approach at all times Qualifications * High school diploma or equivalent required * Strong verbal communication and active listening skills * Ability to multitask and navigate computer systems efficiently * Problemsolving and conflictresolution skills * Patient, empathetic, and customerserviceoriented mindset * Basic data entry and typing proficiency * Comfortable working in a fastpaced, highvolume environment * Prior customer service or call center experience preferred (but not required) Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Honolulu, HI. Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $21.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
