Sales Representative (B2B) Location: Lincoln, NE (Onsite) Schedule: Monday-Friday \| 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM About the Company This opportunity supports a wellestablished provider of business telecommunications and security solutions, serving Nebraska and the Midwest for over 30 years. Core Responsibilities * Make a minimum of 75 outbound calls per day * Set 1-2 qualified business appointments per week * Prospect and engage local businesses through phone and inperson outreach * Maintain a positive, coachable attitude and strong work ethic * Consistently work toward individual and team sales goals Skills & Qualifications * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Comfortable with highvolume outbound calling * Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative sales team * B2B sales experience preferred, but candidates with any sales background will be considered * A winning mindset, resilience, and willingness to be coached Work Environment & Perks * Onsite personal office in Lincoln, NE (68508) * Small, closeknit team of approximately 12 employees * Daily coaching and mentorship from experienced leadership * Business casual dress code * Supportive culture focused on growth, accountability, and success Next Steps Upon review of your application, a TEKsystems recruiter may contact you via phone or email to schedule an interview.
