Job DescriptionThe Senior Product Manager, Flex & Installments Strategy will support the definition, execution, and scaling of Visa's Flex and Installments strategy and high-growth initiatives, reporting directly to the Senior Director, Product Strategy & High Growth Initiatives. Visa Flex Credential and Installments capabilities enable consumers to dynamically choose how they pay while helping partners drive engagement and new revenue streams. The Senior Product Manager willoperateat the intersection of product strategy, analytics, and cross-functional alignment, translating market insight, performance data, and ecosystem complexity into clear priorities, scorecards, and recommendations that support acceleration plans and measurable growth outcomes. This role requires a demonstrated ability tooperateas an advanced user of AI-enabled tools and agent-based workflows, using them routinely to drive faster, higher-quality strategic insights, more effective planning cycles, and clearer executive-level reporting. The role will work closely with Product, Solution Enablement, GTM, Finance, Regions, Risk, Rules, and other key stakeholders. This is a global role, requiring strong judgment to balance regional opportunities with cohesive global direction. Key Responsibilities

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
