The Senior Director, B2BLarge and Middle Market Product plays a crucial role ininnovating andshapingVisa'snewB2Bpaymentproduct offeringsand market positioning.This roleisresponsible fordeveloping and executing product strategies thataccelerate business growth, including thedevelopment and launch ofVisa's next generationB2B payment solutions designed to capture greater spend on the Visa networkand/or other Visamoney movementassets.

The ideal candidate is an experienced senior product leader withan entrepreneurial mindset,ableto inspire and motivate teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.He/she must have proven experience inB2B solutioningwithfinancial institutionsand fintech's,as well asleading teams tosolution andcommercialize innovativenewproducts thatdeliver substantial valuepropositionstothe market.This role requires strategic leadership, innovation, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.He/she is creative and hands-on, has a bias towards action and is able to inspire others with his/her vision.

This role requiresbreadthand depthof knowledgeand experienceinbothcommercial/B2Bpaymentsas well as non-cardmoney movement payment systems.In addition to traditional product management experience, the ideal candidatewill havepriorstrategy and/orproductdevelopment experienceinat least one of the following areas:B2B Payments,CommercialProducts, Virtual Card,Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivablessystems and/or ERP systems, non-cardpayment systems andcrypto/stablecoin.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Product Strategy & Solutioning Development and Management:

  • Define and lead the overall large market product strategy and portfolio management of the suite of products within the B2B Payments organization to create competitive advantage and drive growth for Visa
  • Develop compelling product narratives and key value propositions that strongly position Visa B2B payment solutions in the market
  • Collaborate with global product partners and segments team to translate customer and market needs into product solutions that deliver substantial value propositions, taking into account voice of customer feedback and market priorities
  • Collaborate with global platform owners as well as core technology teams on the planning, prioritization and execution of the product roadmaps

Solutioning:

  • Collaborate with internal & external partners to solution around how Visa can support more efficient money moment flows and support the launching and scaling of the relevant products and solutions.
  • Ensure the product strategy and product roadmaps are aligned and well-articulated to customers, prospects and partners, as well as internally within Visa
  • Evangelize the value proposition and differentiation of the relevant products and solutions within the payments industry

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:

  • 12 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or at least 10 years of work experience with an Advanced degree (e.g. Masters/MBA /JD/MD), or a minimum of 5 years of work experience with a PhD

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 15 or more years of experience with a Bachelor's Degree or 12 years of experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, or MD), PhD with 9+ years of experience
  • MBA orAdvancedDegree is highly desirable Priorproductstrategy and/ordeepproduct development/managementexperience incommercial/B2B paymentsand non-card payment systems
  • Experienced product leader with a record of accomplishment for creating and developing new product capabilities frominitialconcept to industry leadership
  • Proventrack recordof developing and executing a product vision for successful products based on deep understanding of customer needs
  • Demonstrated thought leadership and the aptitude to think creatively andidentifynew opportunities to innovate and differentiate with evidence of tangible business results
  • Experience managing and developing strong partnership with technologyteamsto influence and co-create shared roadmaps
  • Effective leadership and people management skills, with a focus on developing diverse, high performing teams and fostering an inclusive culture that is inquisitive and collaborative
  • Excellent ability todevelop andcommunicate strategy, and secure internal investment for products
  • Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
  • Must be self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity,possessingthe maturity and competence to influence across multiple levels and organizations including internal and external stakeholders
Additional Information

Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department.

Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.

Mental/Physical Requirements: This position will be performed in an office setting. The position will require the incumbent to sit and stand at a desk, communicate in person and by telephone, frequently operate standard office equipment, such as telephones and computers.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY: The estimated salary range for this position is 229,000 to 400,900 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity. Visa has a comprehensive benefits package for which this position may be eligible that includes Medical, Dental, Vision, 401 (k), FSA/HSA, Life Insurance, Paid Time Off, and Wellness Program.
