The ideal candidate is an experienced senior product leader withan entrepreneurial mindset,ableto inspire and motivate teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.He/she must have proven experience inB2B solutioningwithfinancial institutionsand fintech's,as well asleading teams tosolution andcommercialize innovativenewproducts thatdeliver substantial valuepropositionstothe market.This role requires strategic leadership, innovation, collaboration, and creative problem-solving skills.He/she is creative and hands-on, has a bias towards action and is able to inspire others with his/her vision. This role requiresbreadthand depthof knowledgeand experienceinbothcommercial/B2Bpaymentsas well as non-cardmoney movement payment systems.In addition to traditional product management experience, the ideal candidatewill havepriorstrategy and/orproductdevelopment experienceinat least one of the following areas:B2B Payments,CommercialProducts, Virtual Card,Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivablessystems and/or ERP systems, non-cardpayment systems andcrypto/stablecoin. Work Hours: Varies upon the needs of the department. Travel Requirements: This position requires travel5-10% of the time.
