IT Systems Engineer

In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in installing, maintaining, and upgrading our business system infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations across all facilities. Join a dedicated team where your expertise will directly impact the performance and security of our technology environment, supporting both manufacturing equipment and staff at multiple sites, primarily based in Raleigh, NC.

Required Skills:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Systems Engineer, Network Administrator, or similar role
• Strong knowledge of Windows Server Operating Systems, including Active Directory, DNS, and GPO
• Hands-on experience with VMWare and Hyper-V virtualization platforms
• Proven expertise with enterprise backup solutions such as NetBackup, Veeam, or Zerto
• Familiarity with MS Exchange, Office 365, and SAN solutions
• Support experience at an enterprise level, especially with executive leadership

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of enterprise firewalls, ideally Fortinet
• Cybersecurity certifications (CISSP, CISM, CEH)
• Experience with Aruba/HPE or Cisco switches and network concepts
• Familiarity with identity management platforms such as Okta or Duo
• Hosted VoIP solutions expertise
• Supporting remote and satellite workforce
