Overview
Records all births and fetal deaths and completes all required paperwork in accordance with Illinois Regulations. Performs data collection and analysis of OB data for the hospital and state reporting purposes. Qualifications Certifications: , Education: , Work Experience: Responsibilities Accurate and timely completion of birth or fetal death certificates on all newborns.
Informs parents with special needs of available programs and completes the required paperwork in a professional manner.
Serves as a resource related to Vital Statistics and Social Security Card issues. Assists with departmental secretarial duties.
Performs consistent and accurate collection of Obstetrical data for statistical analysis.

Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $16.59per hour - $26.88per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
