If you thrive on keeping projects on track, managing documentation, and facilitating communication, you'll find immense satisfaction in this role, contributing to the creation of inspiring retail experiences for countless customers.

What You'll Do

  • Support comprehensive project planning, guiding initiatives from Design Development through Construction Drawings and Permit submission.
  • Track and manage critical milestones and timelines across a diverse portfolio of store projects.
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication among Design, Construction, Real Estate, and external partners.
  • Organize and meticulously maintain all project files, including drawings, plans, and approvals.
  • Monitor permit submissions, approvals, and provide regular status updates.
  • Ensure efficient document flow and management across shared systems.
  • Proactively monitor progress updates and identify potential risks or delays.
  • Track milestones with both internal teams and external collaborators (including vendors, consultants, etc.).
  • Support the coordination of all construction-related communications and updates.
  • Assist in the preparation of compelling presentations and project materials for reviews.
  • Provide essential support for scheduling, invoice tracking, and general coordination tasks.

Must-Have Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of project-based work experience.
  • Exposure to project planning, design development, construction documentation, or permitting processes.
  • Demonstrated understanding of, or experience with, project milestones and timelines.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and a keen eye for detail.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to collaborate seamlessly across teams.
  • A proactive approach to tasks and a strong sense of ownership.
  • Comfort working across multiple teams and managing varied priorities.

Qualifications That Will Set You Apart

  • Deeper exposure to design development, construction drawings, or permit processes.

  • Experience working with external partners (vendors, consultants, etc.).
  • Familiarity with project documentation or shared file systems.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or similar tracking tools.

This role is centered on coordination, organization, and supporting project execution, rather than hands-on design or creative production.
