Responsibilities Assisting in Hiring of Installed personnel. (Installers and Install managers) Training Installed Managers. Evaluating Installed managers and programs. Assisting in bids and sales presentations. Interviewing, qualifying and contracting subcontractors for labor sources. Developing policy and procedures for installed programs. Qualifications Spreadsheet Software Internet Software Ability to read, analyze and interpret common scientific and technical reports, financial reports and legal documents; respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies or members of the business community; Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables. | |
