The Nurse Ambulatory Manager is responsible for the administrative, clinical, and operational oversight of assigned ambulatory within the OBGYN practice areas. This role provides leadership and direction to nursing and clinical support staff to ensure the delivery of safe, high-quality, patient-centered care in alignment with Boston Medical Center's mission and values.
The Nurse Ambulatory Manager collaborates with physician leadership, practice operations leadership, and nursing administration to optimize clinic flow, workforce performance, patient outcomes, and the patient experience. The manager promotes a culture of safety, equity, service excellence, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and institutional policies. The Nurse Ambulatory Manager is accountable for clinical quality, patient safety, staff development, regulatory readiness, operational efficiency, and fiscal stewardship within the ambulatory setting. Compensation Range: $97,500.00- $141,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
