Business Operations Analyst 4

Join Lam as a Business Operations Analyst 4, where you'll spearhead process improvement initiatives. With your systems knowledge and business process acumen, you will expertly collect and analyze data, evaluate processes and identify root causes with data-driven indicators for future improvements. Through oversight of cross-functional efforts, you will communicate team progress and assess best practices, showcasing your commitment to operational excellence at Lam.

You will play a crucial role in supporting the organization to achieve reliable business outcomes through streamlined processes and accountability systems. Your key responsibilities are to:

• Facilitate development and management of the function's annual operating plan and conduct operational reviews to track progress against plan.
• Provide budget oversight, including routine financial analysis and reporting.
• Develop integrated timelines and executive presentations to support timely completion of key deliverables.
• Own portfolio management by driving project prioritization, resource allocation, and critical milestones.
• Monitor project health, execution status, and delivery performance for initiatives tied to business results.

• Minimum of 8 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint, Forms, and workflow tools).
• Proven ability to present insights and recommendations to executive stakeholders.
• Demonstrated proactive problem-solving skills and a commitment to continuous learning and development.
• Exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
• Project management experience preferred.

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories - On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. 'On-site Flex' you'll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. 'Virtual Flex' you'll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
