Ecolab seeks a Corporate Account Manager to join the US McDonald's account team.You'll be responsible for developing McDonald's relationships and driving program growth for the Quick Service Restaurant division. You will be given a defined region in the US, and will be dedicated to the McDonald's account, meeting with owner operators and field office personnel to drive Ecolab value and partnership, discuss and educate on the Ecolab QSR McDonald's program, and sell in program gaps to provide best in class restaurants.

What You Will Do:

  • Execute the McDonald's strategic business plan in the defined region of the US
  • Be active in the assigned region from the field office down to the restaurants to understand the business and needs of the customer and align them with the value of the Ecolab QSR program
  • Within the region, develop relationships with owner operators and their leadership teams, and McDonald's field office personnel through meetings, support, and conventions and conferences.
  • Socialize and lead requested training within the region, supporting the procedures and values of the QSR McDonald's program alongside other Ecolab support as well as other McDonald's suppliers
  • Engage in value conversations to sell in optional products and programs, highlighting the impact to the restaurant and driving grow to win for the account
  • Drive volume led growth for assigned region by driving best in class McDonald's restaurants using the suite of Ecolab products and programs for full value outcomes and results
  • Support the broader McDonald's Ecolab Enterprise Solutions team, supporting and socializing other programs from the broader team and divisions
  • Support any restaurants' service needs or gaps, assuring the delivery of Ecolab's service commitments and value and resolving any issues

Position Details:

  • Candidate must reside in: The South / Eastern part of the US near a major airport
  • Territory will include: North America
  • 50% overnight travel required

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience (1.5 years of business to business sales or Ecolab experience = 1 year of post-secondary education).
  • 5+ years of technical sales experience
  • Must have a valid Driver's License and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record
  • Immigration sponsorship is not available for this role

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in science or business
  • 5+ years restaurant or specialty chemical industry experience
  • Demonstrated large account management success with franchisee level relationship sales experience
  • Financial and analytical skills, including the understanding of a P&L and the financial implications of customers situations and concerns

Annual or Hourly Compensation Range

The total Compensation range for this position is $128,600-$193,000 which includes base pay and target incentive based on performance, per plan terms. Many factors are taken into consideration when determining compensation, such as experience, education, training, geography, etc. We comply with all minimum wage and overtime laws.
