Territory: Chester & Berks PA Counties

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Proven ability to generate, qualify, and manage sales leads through effective territory planning, CRM usage, and proactive business development.
  • Experience conducting professional, facetoface sales calls, engaging key decisionmakers, adapting communication styles, and following up to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, including needs assessment, valuebased solution alignment, competitive positioning, and closing sales opportunities.
  • Ability to partner with sales management to develop and execute customer and account plans aligned with business objectives.
  • Solid product and solutions knowledge, with the ability to recommend equipment, service, support, and financial offerings to meet customer needs.
  • Demonstrated relationshipmanagement skills, including crossfunctional collaboration and ownership of customer issues to deliver exceptional aftersale service.

RECOMMENDED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the heavy equipment industry and/or equivalent combination of training and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills and abilities.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tools to track activity.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; both verbal and written.
  • Strong prospecting, lead qualification, and territory management skills to consistently generate new business.
  • Strong time management skills, ability to work independently and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Power Point and other related software.
