Description and Requirements

Job Description

Lenovo is seeking an Alliances Marketing Program Manager with strong project management, budget management and organizational skills. Partner relations is a must along with an aptitude for marketing activations.

NVIDIA and Lenovo have a strong marketing relationship for Lenovo Workstations featuring NVIDIA Graphics. As the Marketing Program Manager, you will be responsible for managing all IDG marketing activities globally that utilize NVIDIA Marketing Development Funds.

As a member of the Lenovo IDG WW Marketing Alliances team, your responsibilities will include budget management, activity submission and approval through NVIDIA's funding portal, and assisting with procurement and vendor management. You will work with the Workstation Marketing team on identifying key marketing activities and execution. You will be a subject matter expert for NVIDIA partner funded activities, activity costs, vendor management, execution and measurement of KPIs, and NVIDIA and Lenovo GTM strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage marketing activities globally that utilize the MDF fund, ensuring alignment to the Strategic Priorities Plan (SPP)
  • Track funding approval and activity changes through execution
  • Communicate consistent, rolling updates on available budget and upcoming expiring budget
  • Activity entry and management of NVIDIA portal
  • Schedule quarterly marketing activity planning meetings for each geography
  • Serve as SME for NVIDIA partner funded guidelines
  • Submit quarterly proof of execution for worldwide activities
  • Track KPI vs actuals for future investment
  • Work with local operations team to track reimbursement and dollar utilization
  • Meet monthly with geo operations team to report to geo leadership
  • Provide weekly reporting to NVIDIA and WW leadership
  • Meet weekly with NVIDIA Partner marketing contact and NVIDIA Finance to discuss open activities
  • Work with BU to create quarterly marketing plans and track their activities in Marketing Power Apps

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 5+ years experience in professional marketing space
  • Budget Management and Tracking experience Required
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Partner marketing or partner relationship experience preferred
  • Strong understanding of marketing, finance, and budget management
  • Excellent writing and verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills and extremely detail oriented
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Self-driven with strong time management skills
  • Excellent MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and analytical skills
  • Goal oriented, organized, self-motivated, creative, have a strong attention to detail, and have the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team
