Job Description

The Warranty Recovery VCP role is a strategic, valuedriven position focused on maximizing costrecovery performance and strengthening the efficiency of Stellantis' warranty processes. As a Warranty Recovery VCP Specialist, you will lead initiatives that create measurable value by improving recovery outcomes, optimizing workflows, and driving accountability with supplier partners. This role blends strong negotiation capability with program management discipline, process mapping expertise, and analytical rigor to uncover inefficiencies, streamline operations, and elevate recovery performance across the organization.



You will collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams to identify root causes, implement corrective actions, and develop scalable processes that reduce waste and improve supplier alignment. Your work will directly influence Stellantis' bottom line by ensuring equitable cost ownership, accelerating recovery cycles, and enabling datadriven decisionmaking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on creating structure, improving systems, and delivering tangible financial impact through continuous improvement and strategic supplier engagement.

Requirements

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain Management, Engineering or closely related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in purchasing or a related field
  • Negotiation skills and the ability to think and act strategically
  • Well organized, self-motivated, and resourceful managing complex situations
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and can effectively interface with cross functional teams and all levels of senior management
  • Strong communication and commodity leadership skills
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand basic technical topics
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills to establish partnerships both internally and externally to influence without direct authority


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Master's degree
  • Automotive purchasing experience
  • Data analysis experience
  • Finance/accounting experience
