We are seeking a highly skilled CAPEX Program Manager to oversee capital expenditure (CAPEX) projects within our aerospace operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing large-scale investments in infrastructure, equipment, and technology, ensuring projects align with strategic objectives, budgets, and timelines. Responsibilities:
* CAPEX Planning & Execution: Develop and manage the CAPEX portfolio, ensuring investments support business growth and operational efficiency.
* Project Management: Lead end-to-end execution of capital projects, from feasibility studies to implementation.
* Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, operations, finance, and procurement teams to align project goals.
* Risk & Compliance Management: Ensure CAPEX investments comply with aerospace industry regulations and safety standards.
* Vendor & Contract Management: Oversee supplier negotiations, contracts, and performance for CAPEX-related assets.
* Financial Oversight: Monitor budgets, cost tracking, and financial forecasting for CAPEX projects.
* Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities to optimize CAPEX investments, reducing waste and improving ROI.
Qualifications: * Exceptional leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
* US Citizen
* 5+ years of direct procurement, supply chain or sourcing experience in a large corporate setting
* Prefer 7-10 years of experience in CAPEX management, ideally within aerospace or high-tech manufacturing.
* Advanced Excel
* Data analytics
* Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including QAD, GSV, Oracle, ePro, and capital investment modeling tools
* Good project management and communication skills
* Fluency in English in writing and speaking
* Familiarity with industry standards, including AS9100, FAA regulations, and defense compliance. PPG /PPG
