Digital Communications Specialist

We are currently seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to support our Patuxent River, MD customer.

Functional Description: The candidate will support the development and delivery of digital and visual communication products that improve the organization's ability to communicate information clearly and effectively. They will assist in preparing communication materials that support leadership messaging, program initiatives, and organizational outreach. Additionally, the candidate will work with program staff and leadership to develop communication products that present information in clear, accessible, and visually consistent formats.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Support development and preparation of communication products conveying organizational initiatives, priorities, and program information.
• Prepare digital materials such as presentations, reports, web content, and other communication assets.

• Assist in preparing content and materials for digital communication channels, including websites and internal communication platforms.
• Support updates, revisions, and improvements to digital communication products.

• Assist in development of briefing materials, presentation products, and other communication assets for internal and external stakeholders.

• Coordinate with program offices and subject matter experts to gather information for communication products.
• Ensure materials align with organizational priorities and messaging.
• Provide general support for communication-related initiatives and projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

• Knowledge of digital communication tools and methods used to support organizational messaging.
• Ability to prepare communication materials for a variety of audiences and platforms.
• Strong written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to present information in clear, structured formats.
• Ability to collaborate with stakeholders and manage multiple tasks.

Required Experience:

Over Ten (10) years of experience performing duties described in the functional description. Desired Experience: Previous experience with ACAT programs Research and Development experience.

Education: MS degree from an accredited college or university in fine arts or graphic design.

Bachelor's Degree plus two (2) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

OR

Associate's Degree plus four (4) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

OR

Six (6) years additional work experience performing duties described in the functional description of the labor category may be substituted for a Master's Degree.

Required Experience:

* Relevant education, training, or professional experience supporting digital communications, content development, or preparation of communication materials.

* Demonstrated ability to develop or support communication products for digital platforms, presentations, reports, or similar materials.

* Experience supporting collaborative teams and organizational communication initiatives.

Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance preferred or ability to obtain. Due to the sensitivity of customer related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.

Compensation at Precise Systems is determined by various factors, including education, experience, skills, competencies, and contract-specific requirements. The salary range for this position is $86,190.40-129,285.60 (annualized USD). This range represents the standard pay for this role and is just one component of Precise Systems' total compensation package.
