As a Security Officer Parking Patrol in Pittsburgh, PA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Transportation, and more. Join Allied Universal as an Unarmed Patrol Officer in a busy transportation location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain highly visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support people with exceptional customer service and communication. What You'll Do:

Provide customer service to visitors, patrons, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a transportation and parking location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through appropriate channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout parking facilities, access points, pedestrian areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and vehicle traffic patterns, assisting with access control, directional support, and other security-related matters as needed.
• Communicate with site contacts, the public, and first responders when appropriate regarding incidents, suspicious activity, and/or operational concerns at the location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
