We're hiring an Industrial Electrical Design Specialist to develop high-quality electrical drawings and support automation and power distribution projects from concept through execution.

Hours and Pay



  • Pay: $45.00 - $55.00/hour (based on experience)
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (Onsite)

What You'll Do



  • Develop accurate, detailed electrical drawings for industrial systems with a focus on power distribution and automation
  • Create electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and panel layouts using AutoCAD Electrical
  • Design layouts for PLCs, VFDs, and motor/stator systems
  • Support senior engineers with calculations, design documentation, and project reporting
  • Collaborate with engineers, project teams, and clients to meet specifications and deadlines
  • Conduct occasional site visits to support installations, troubleshoot issues, and verify design accuracy
  • Ensure all designs comply with applicable electrical codes, safety standards, and industry best practices



What You Bring



  • High School Diploma or GED required (technical certifications or higher education preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in electrical design within industrial or manufacturing environments
  • Strong proficiency with AutoCAD Electrical
  • Solid understanding of power distribution systems, control systems, and industrial automation
  • Ability to interpret and create detailed schematics and technical drawings
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams
