Duration: 6 Months (Possibility of Extension)

Location: EST time coast remote / Atlanta, GA 30328

Pay Rate: $22 - $24.81 hourly on W2

Shift : Start Time:09:00 AM to End Time:06:00 PM EST

JOB SUMMARY

• The Billing Specialist is responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing Sales contracts within Salesforce to ensure accuracy and compliance with billing requirements.
• This role works closely with the Sales and Sales Operations teams to review quotes, identify discrepancies, and resolve contract or pricing issues prior to billing.
• The Billing Specialist plays a key role in ensuring timely, accurate invoicing and supporting a smooth handoff from Sales to Billing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze Sales contracts and orders in Salesforce
• Process contracts accurately and in accordance with billing policies
• Partner with Sales and Sales Operations to resolve quote discrepancies or contractual questions
• Investigate and correct errors related to pricing, terms, or product configuration
• Ensure billing data is complete, accurate, and ready for invoicing

Job Requirements:

• Sit in EST time zone
• 1-3 year's experience
• Previous experience with contract review and processing
