Role Overview: The Global Operations Academy Communications Intern will support the development and execution of internal communication strategies for the Global Operations organization. This role is ideal for a motivated individual looking to gain experience in corporate communications, content creation, and stakeholder engagement within the technology and digital infrastructure industry. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation: Assist in drafting, editing, and publishing content for internal communications ; e.g. newsletters, emails, websites Stakeholder Engagement: Support communication efforts to ensure alignment with Equinix's brand and messaging. Project Management: Assist in managing communication projects, ensuring deadlines are met and deliverables are of high quality. Analytics: Monitor and report on the performance of communication campaigns using analytics tools to measure engagement and impact. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Communications, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field with strong written and verbal communication skills. Available to work full time for the internship duration following East Coast time zone work hours. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project management concepts. Analytically driven and detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Prior internship or project experience in communications is a plus.
