Join the HJF Team! HJF is seeking a Scientist II to provide technical and strategic support for ongoing research. Duties will include working with the Principal Investigator to conduct funded research projects and to develop new proposals and protocols. The work includes observational studies and clinical trials focused on understanding environmental exposures and cancer risks in Military Service Members, Veterans, and Dependents. The Scientist II will ensure fidelity to protocol, rigorous application of research methods, careful interpretation of data, and will support timely dissemination of findings in manuscripts and presentations. This position will be in support of the Preventive Medicine and Biostatistics (PMB) Department located at the Uniformed Services University (USU) in Bethesda, Maryland and hired through the Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF). The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine (HJF) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to advancing military medicine.
