FedEx is seeking Business Product Analyst to support critical business areas at the intersection of business strategy and technology. This role operates in Agile environments, partners closely with business and technical teams, and focuses on delivering measurable business value.

Essential Functions

  • Under close supervision, gather, define, and document clear business requirements through welldefined user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Build and maintain effective working relationships with business and product partners.
  • Support crosschannel program integration with internal partners and help track program performance against defined metrics.
  • Communicate effectively to identify, clarify, and confirm core requirements and dependencies.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or Information Systems and/or equivalent.

Minimum Experience

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and basic familiarity with requirements management and collaboration tools.
  • Foundational knowledge of business analysis concepts, tools, and techniques.
  • Understanding of software development lifecycles and common development methodologies.
  • Exposure to computer programming concepts, databases, system interfaces, and process or system flow diagrams.
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze information, identify issues, and support problemsolving efforts.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to document requirements and collaborate with stakeholders.
  • Exposure to Agile software development practices.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or equivalent experience. Related experience may offset degree requirements and related education/degree may offset experience requirements.

Business Product Analyst I

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
  • 2-5 years of experience in business analysis, product management, or related discipline
  • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments
  • Demonstrated ability to lead requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders
  • Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation
  • Ability to perform data analysis and interpret metrics to support product decisions
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Engineering, UX, Operations)
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Domicile Information

  • This is a hybrid role based in one of the following U.S. IT locations: Orlando, FL; Memphis, TN, with a requirement to work on-site three days per week.

Compensation Based on Location: $50k-60k
