Overview Payroll Management & Month-End Responsibilities * Oversee full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with applicable laws and company policies * Maintain payroll records, including wages, deductions, benefits, and tax withholdings * Collaborate with Human Resources on employee status changes, compensation updates, and payroll-related matters * Prepare and review payroll-related journal entries, accruals, and general ledger postings * Support month-end close by reconciling payroll expenses, liabilities, and benefit accounts * Assist with balance sheet reconciliations, including payroll and related accounts, and resolve discrepancies Accounts Receivable, Cash Flow & Intercompany Billing * Assist with accounts receivable functions, including invoicing, collections, and account maintenance * Monitor A/R aging and perform collection efforts in accordance with company standards * Ensure timely processing of credit card transactions and cash deposits * Support revenue accuracy and cash flow management initiatives * Support intercompany billing processes, ensuring accurate and timely invoicing between entities * Reconcile intercompany accounts and resolve discrepancies in coordination with corporate or related entities Financial Oversight & Reconciliation * Assist the Director of Finance with periodic balance sheet reconciliations * Review problem accounts, investigate variances, and prepare adjusting journal entries as needed Qualifications & Skills * Minimum one year of hotel or hospitality finance/accounting experience * Strong knowledge of hotel financial statements and account reconciliation processes * High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving skills * Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Ability to effectively communicate with diverse audiences, including management, coworkers, and the public Compensation Salary Range: $60,000.00 - $62,000.00 Annually Tipped/Service Charge Eligible?
