Your Job As a Manufacturing Engineer, you will define, develop, and lead the implementation of new manufacturing processes and continuous improvements to existing processes supporting the production of missioncritical aerospace and defense electronics. You will ensure manufacturing excellence by balancing quality, reliability, cost efficiency, and regulatory compliance in highly controlled environments. Our Team Our manufacturing team operates in a highreliability, highly regulated aerospace and defense production environment, where precision, discipline, and continuous improvement are essential. We work closely across manufacturing engineering, quality, operations, supply chain, and product engineering to bring complex electronic products from development through fullrate production. Our facilities support lowtomedium volume, highmix manufacturing, requiring strong process ownership, rigorous qualification, and datadriven decision making. Team members are empowered to improve processes, implement new technologies, and influence how products are built-while meeting strict customer, regulatory, and quality requirements. Collaboration, accountability, and technical excellence define how we work.
