Job Summary: The Junior IT Central Access Management (ITCAM) Analyst will play a key role in managing and securing user access across all IT systems and applications within the company. This position involves ensuring access controls are aligned with business needs and compliance requirements. The analyst will collaborate with various teams, providing guidance on access levels, segregation of duties, and will be actively involved in process improvement initiatives. The role also includes managing access to critical SAP transaction codes (T-codes), ensuring that appropriate controls are in place. While prior access management experience is not required, a strong background in Information Technology and excellent communication skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access Management: Support the administration of user access across a diverse range of IT systems and applications, ensuring that permissions align with company policies and security standards.
• SAP T-Code Management: Oversee access to SAP T-codes, ensuring that users have the appropriate roles and permissions to perform their job functions without compromising security or creating conflicts of interest.
• Business Evaluation: Collaborate with business units to assess access requests, ensuring that they meet the necessary business requirements while maintaining security and compliance.
• Segregation of Duties (SoD): Evaluate access requests for potential SoD conflicts, providing insights and recommendations to ensure compliance with internal controls.
• Process Improvement: Regularly review and improve access management processes across all IT systems, identifying opportunities to enhance efficiency, security, and compliance.
• Audit Support: Assist the Internal Audit Team by providing necessary access-related documentation and ensuring compliance with audit requirements for various systems.
• Problem Resolution: Address access-related issues promptly, working with internal and external teams to minimize disruption while maintaining security.
